Dwayne H. Fleming

Vice President of Field Operations

With 30 years in the construction profession, Dwayne has supervised a broad range of projects from conception to delivery. Through preconstruction meetings, he partners with the owner and architect to help establish schedules and budgets, clarify all design issues and develop successful phasing plans to ensure a smooth operation. During construction, he oversees and sequences all field activities, including a safety program, quality control, contract negotiation and purchase orders. He takes a team approach and collaborates with owners, architects and trade partners to ensure an on-time, high-quality project.

Buffalo Bills Campus Renovations, Orchard Park, NY

Under new ownership with Terry and Kim Pegula, the Buffalo Bills organization began campus renovation projects in 2014 in order to build state-of-the-art facilities for members and staff of the team. Dwayne brought forth his expertise in executing large projects for more than half a decade, leading teams on several renovation projects for the NFL facility.

New Era Field, Orchard Park, NY

The overhaul of the existing 1973 structure updated nearly every portion of the Buffalo Bills stadium site and required nine main phases to complete, several of which overlapped. Construction started in June 2013 while our team members worked with all the stakeholders including: Buffalo Bills, NFL, Erie County, New York State, Empire State Development and Populous Architects to ensure goals were met.

ADPRO Training Facility and Sports Performance and Science Addition, Orchard Park, NY

Dwayne oversaw the work on the original Bills training facility in 2016, renovating the building completely. In 2019, our team oversaw the building of the $18 million addition to the training facility.

New Era Clubs, Orchard Park, NY

Built in the 1990’s, the luxury clubs were originally an outdoor concourse converted to indoor space to offer guests reprieve out of the harsh winter weather. These club spaces hadn’t received significant renovations since being built. Our team transformed the clubs into modern indoor spaces.

Buffalo High Tech Manufacturing Innovation Hub @ RiverBend, Buffalo, NY

Construction on the 90-acre Brownfield site, formerly Republic Steel in South Buffalo, created a 1.2 million sq. ft. facility that consists of clean manufacturing, central utility building and office space. This photovoltaic solar panel factory will be one of the largest in the world, and truly an example of Brownfield to green manufacturing. RiverBend is strategically located in a “smart growth” urban commerce park and will serve as a building block of continued growth in advanced manufacturing. As general superintendent, Dwayne oversaw a team of superintendents, each focused on a different area of the scope. He was also trained and led the lean construction efforts for the on-site team.
